work out. jog everyday. but since it's becoming winter everyone's doing that. I'm in super physical shape (not braggin) but even i'm getting fat....it's a thing, dogs get fatter in the winter, hamsters, birds, everything does. I'm going through huge denial over it. so don't feel bad

i hate to say this but Gabriela is wrong..not the lady above her

muscle does not turn into fat

after a long period of not working out...your muscles just shrink. If you continue to eat the same amount of calories when you stopped working out, you will gain fat. Fat can fill the space where the muscle used to be..which gives off the impression that it turned into fat

Muscle and Fat are 2 separate and distinct tissues.
muscle tissue does not just turn into fat tissue

The lady above me is wrong. Muscle does turn to fat. Which is why you're legs are not firm anymore. Since you quit doing gymnastics, that is what happens. It happened to me once I quit karate. You just have to pick up another sport, or work out to keep your body firm and tone! :)

You just need to take up some exercise. You can't target specific fat, the homan body doesn't work that way. Thighs are just where women get fat (and the butt), so you will notice an overall reduction in fat in those areas.

Muscles don't turn to fat. You can get fat over the muscle. Run, walk jog, bike are all great leg exercise
