does it have something to do with skeletal structure and weight?how is it possible that everyone has a different voice?

so many things work together and form your voice, that any minor difference will produce a different sound and thus a different voice.

That, and it has to do with length of vocal cords. The longer the cords, the lower the pitch. That's why our voices get deeper the more we grow and why children and "little people" have higher voices. And also I think it's genetic. People sound like their parents sometimes.
