you would need to gain weight first before you can tone your body. perhaps eating take away food and some junk food, unless you want to eat foods with protein like meat or fish, will help you gain weight until you reach your preferred weight, and once you've got to that stage then you can start toning up.

You will need a LOT of protein! Try a protein powder mix, go for 100% whey or soy. Animal based protein is the best though. Also, get a lot of protein from lean meats that you will eat like chicken, turkey, and filet mignon. Do minimal cardio, but still keep it up. Exercises will vary, I'm thinking you want to add bulk to your body. Do resistance training at least 3 times a week. Good luck!

Try to eat 5 times a day. You will never gain weight on 3 meals.
I found the Bananas to be really helpfull in gaining weight.
Eat 4-5 bananas a day. Its easy to take it with you to school/
work.
Add olive oil to your meals (specially salads) as it also helps.
Don't target more than 1 Kg / week, and don't forget to practice
beside eating.
Good Luck

You still need to eat healthy foods, just take in more calories. If you work out and do weights more than cardio then youll gain weight, all muscle of course

Start lifting weights gradually though. You will start to tone your muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. Make sure you get all your food groups in also. Eat lots of fruits and veggies and water.

Carbohydrates (i.e. breads and starches) and proteins (i.e. meats and nuts). This will bulk you up all while creating leaner muscles as opposed to just cramming junk food and turning into a fat a $$.
