Do you have a plan? What are you going to do? What has got
you so upset? Please! If you are feeling like this, go to your
nearest emergency room - most psychiatrists do not have an
email address, they deal with the hospital, unless they are in a
special mental health facility. Where do you live? Can't give
you an address if you don't live where I do....
Get yourself some help - OK? I don't know what else to do for
you, but I will pray, cause I am concerned.
Please go get some help. Maybe some meds can help you
through this rough spot. Maybe a good nights sleep?
Don't do this - if you commit suicide you WILL go to hell. I cannot
let you do this! Did you know this? Please! Get some help!

First I hope it isn't to late. I see it has been over a day. You should call your local hospital and tell them exactly like you did. They will direct you to immediate help. You can also call the police department and they will take you to mental health services in your area. I do not know where you are to give you numbers and the 2 places I've told you about will help with that.

Like everyone is saying you need to call someone. Just try to promise yourself that you won"t hurt yourself for the at least the next 24 hours, I have seriously tried to do what you are thinking of thankfully it didnt work but I have known alot of people that have succeeded and by God your a long time dead. Get through this day and get help. One day at a time. God Bless

I don't know any off the top of my head... besides, I don't know where you live-- I only know doctors in my own city.
I really urge you to visit a local doctor and describe how you're feeling-- it's a disease like any other, and medication or therapy can really help allow you to be happy again. Good luck!

Call a suicide prevention hotline. They are very helpful and will get you feeling better soon. Also they should be able to refer you to a good therapist.

You need to find yourself a therapist first, then try and see if they can recommend anyone.
You should try looking in your phonebook or something
