Simple. just count them, no big deal, I'll even help you. I'll be #1, you are #2, The person from Australia is #3, now you can take it from there. If you are from the US or any country other than Australia or Canada, you already have 3 nations represented. After about 6 months of counting, they will want you to start meds, but hang in there, you can do it.
