My hair is like you have described. One thing helps me, and that is to use a homemade hair conditioner based on olive oil. Deep conditioner

Ingredients

3-4 drops of essential oils of your choice
1 teaspoon of olive oil
1 egg
Preparation

Beat the egg
Mix in the rest of the ingredients
Apply on the hair and leave on for 15 to 20 minutes
Rinse off using a gentle shampoo

My aunty has the same problem. She is using the GHD professional hair straightener. Try the Loreal Paris Hot Straight serum. Here is the link for some of the products i would recommend:

Try chemically straightening it for a few days. Then I would suggest using gel after you get out the shower to prevent the frizz.
