Most are high in fat and salt but they're not bad once in a while and better than surviving on chips and candy.

Usually yes and the cheaper they R the worse they R for the body. Have you ever noticed that healthy foods tend to cost more than junk foods? LOL It's really annoying. It also helps you understand why people who are very poor tend to be in bad health and/or very overweight. It's not so much that they are gluttons it's that they do not have the funds to purchase high quality foods that are good for them. Every now and then you will run across a gem of a food that is both economy priced AND good for your body. I suggest reading the labels of foods that you purchase. Check the protein content (should be high as that's more nutritious), check the sodium content (that should be very low 10% or less hopefully). Check sugar grams, make sure they R reasonable, a lot of yogurts have something like 50 grams of sugar per half cup serving!! For that I might as well just eat a snickers. It's deceptive b/c you think you are going healthy b/c it's yogurt--NOT. I have found low sugar yogurt that actually are healthy. They do cost about 50 cents more but it's worth it. Hope my input has helped a bit.

It doesnt matter if youre skinny or not.
Read the nutritional information. Remember, some damage to the body is not reversible. Therefore dont only eat those.

Yep those dollars ones aren't really good for you .If u was to get one I would try the more healthy ones.Of course they cost more;healthy choice, lean cuisine, more costly ones.Read the back!Look at the label........Then u can see what your trying to avoid. Also they say microwaving food not good for you .It takes the enzymes away.Could link to cancer;blah blah ...But if that's all u got to eat .Dig in,don't worry about that .....The food better then nothing .

just because they're $1..don't eat them everyday

On the nutritional side of things...I'm not sure what brand it is but if it's just $1..probably high in fat..DEFINITELY high in salt (even those lean cuisine ones) and maybe some grams of Trans Fat

And personally..i don't think they taste that great

Hungryman dinners are very good to me, and I don't care either way. Good taste surpasses unknown chemicals passing through my stomach.

Yes!
The sodium alone will give you high blood pressure. Whole foods are better for you (fruits and vegetables foods that have not been processed.)
