Yes He certainly can.If you want to test it all you have to do is figure up a question for Him but don't say anything at all to anybody else about it and see if someone you happen to hear sometime in the near future doesn't answer that very question.Because God uses His creation to talk to us.Take Care and May God Bless You.

Oh yes. God can hear you and waits for your voice. It is the sweetest sound to Him. It doesn't have to be an audible voice, a silent one like when you are working or in a place where you can't speak aloud. He knows our thoughts and sometimes that embarresses me but then I know He created me and knows what I'm about!

Your thoughts are energy. The universe is energy. God is energy and the infinite. We are a part of God and he is a part of us. Yes he can hear your thoughts and he knows your thoughts. He is all knowing.

yes...... God knows before I think, or speak a word.
Sometimes God would answer you before you come up with the question, and you do know that he answer you in advance.
God answers with feel, usually you feel what he said in your head, and he feels our thoughts.
There was many times where we communicated, God communicates in so many ways, be open and sincere, God's BIG on truth, and a compassionate heart:)

Absolutely. He knows every thought. When I pray, I don't physically speak out loud...I pray in my mind.

yes by all means he can he says ask and it shall be given if he couldnt hear you why would he tell us all through the bible to ask him for our needs
