I know how that is, I just sit in a warm bath, with epsom salts in it and soak them, then used a cream the doctor prescribed that is called AnusolHc. Mine were so bad that they bled and it looked like someone was bleeding to death. Also stay off your feet and when you go to the bathroom, wait until you really need to go bad, don't sit on the toilet for a long time or strain, this can make them worse. Eat lots of fiber and drinks lots of water.

You should be using cold packs, honestly. Coldness will help the swelling go down and put that burning feeling out. Try to say off of your feet too. The pressure of standing will make the hemorrhoids hurt. The cream is Preparation H. This will help and also use TUCKS medicated pads to wipe with. You can keep these in the fridge to help keep cool. Really. Just try to lay down as much as possible with ice packs. Don't strain. If the cause of your hemorrhoids is due to straining from constipation then change your diet. Get more fiber so you're not straining. When you can push the hemorrhoid back inside. It's when it's outside that it gets irritated. Pregnant women get these often so females know.

The best RX is a suppository that has HC in it. My favorite is Anusol HC. HC stands for hydrocortisone. It takes the swelling, itching, burning, and tightness away. I suggest a warm bath and cleanse the area well, then insert the Anusol HC and go to bed. By morning you will note a marked improvement. It is by prescription only but not that hard to get if you ask for it, it's not like you're asking for MSO4 (morphine)! PS You can buy OTC cortisone cream at any drugstore in a tube, you could even try that. If the hemorroids are internal apply inside if external just rub on the affected area and around the anus. The suppositories are less messy.

Try to get Annusol cream or bullet form which ever you are comfortable with. But remember good eating habit will help especially those that make your stool soft and less or no straining while processing exit.
Another is to make sure that every time after you finish you bisness try to insert it inward if its is protruding, this action although a little discomforting but will heal and shrink the pulp faster. And always check everytime after business even though you are not have it inflame to do what i told just now.

Hope you recover fast.

You are doing everything we recommend at our colorectal practice. Sounds like it is time to see a surgeon and have them removed. In the mean time increase your fiber intake and soak in water several times a day.

this gay guy told me that he had them and the doctor put little rubber bands around them to cut off the blood circulation in them and then they fell off.

maybe you should get a pack of those little rubber bands and a big mirror.

what a sight that would be!

lol, good luck!
