Yes. From the cover "Elie Wiesel was born in Hungary in 1928. He was deported with his family to Auschwitz when he was still a boy, and then to Buchenwald, where his parents and a younger sister died. Night, his first book, is a memoir of these experiences."

It is an excellent account of his experiences during the Holocaust. He wrote it and its about him so yes, its autobiographical. I highly recommend reading it, it is hard to read because of the subject matter. He tells it like it was, and it was horrific.
