Great restuarants in Minneapolis?

We're moving to the Twin Cities in two weeks from Chicago and are wondering what are the best of the best in terms of dining? Open to anything (cheap mexican, high-end sushi to anything in between). Thanks for any recommendations you have.

Hey, cross the river into Saint Paul and find Cossetta's Italian market... Great Pizza by the slice!!!! It's about a block from the Xcel center in downtown St.Paul...
St.Paul's Grand Avenue has some great places Dixie's smokehouse bar and grill, Saji's , Pad Thai.
