You'll basically have to wait until your skin sheds all the old cells on the surface. So there's not really a way to make it go away faster, but I guess when you shower, using a scrubber could help.

lemon juice brightens the skin, I try rubbing strawberries all over my body and also bathe in milk. Try yogurt, mayo or what ever like a cold cream and stay inside as possible. My skin gets very sensitive to the sun so I add ginger and mint to yougurt or milk and spread on my skin and my skin looks and feels sooo good.

Head for the nearest swimming pool and start doing laps. The chlorinated water will help bleach out your tan. Sounds crazy, but it works!

Exfoliate. It scrubs off the dead skin and takes the tan skin with it. Do that about twice a week and it will help.
