Get to know her first. Be her friend, get comfortable with her. Then when it seems right, just tell her how you feel. Girls are generally just as scared as you are when the feeling is mutual. Good Luck!!

you should over come that qualitiy of yourself b/c i think a non-atractive quality are ppl who are shy and who don't seem to be happy and secure with themselves,
but if you don't take that advice above.
note. email. as a friend to do it for you.
or i would prefer a guy to call me or ask me in person,
b/c if you don't you really don't know what the girl's
expression is -like is she happy or disterbed.

haha i can relate to u..
i mean im too bashful around the opp. gender..
to the point that i find myself studdering sometimes..
well what i can tell u is find someone that you might want to date..
befriend her.. get to know her a lil better..
then if u really like how she is
(cause lets face it not all girls are nice to be around)
then just do a simple
"would u like to go out tot he movies with me?"
or something simple like that..
girls like honesty..
as long as u remain respectful :)

treat her good as a friend get to know her have fun she will catch on by the time your done doing all these things if not she does not deserve you.
