Hottest tattoo?

i want to get a tattoo on my back right above my butt. i was thinking of putting my boyfriends name but i'm having second thoughts but he says that is the only tattoo i can take since he has my name on his neck. what do you think i should do? what is a totally hott tattoo i could probably take that will look great in that area/

Don't get a name. Things can always change and in case you get another boyfriend some day, I don't think he will appreciate it. Furthermore: A name on a tatoo is pretty boring isn't it. That he has your name in his neck: His problem, not yours! I don't find it very sympathetic that he tries to "mark" you that way (and I'm a guy).

I'm sorry, but names are probably the #1 regretted Tattoo. I have had to deal with so many people that hate their, get their covered up, or morphed into different word...but you're gonna do what you do, I'd think hard about it before you do that..

Haha anyway. Lower backs and words do not = hottest tattoo. But believe me, if you want it, go for it...and remember to sit still for your artist. that is one of the most frusterating tattoos to do because artists do so many, and almost all of the girls whine and wiggle because it hurts a lot.

The hottest one will most likely be the one YOU think up. The almost guarenteed way to want to remove a tattoo later in life, or atleast be unhappy with it is to not choose it completely yourself. Don't let your boyfriend tell you what to get, and I wouldn't ask strangers to help you. Tattoos should be fr you, and you alone, and should not be taken lightly. Search within yourself and get something that matters, since you're a girl, something probably femenine, that expresses you. Think of a design, and then have a tattoo artist draw out your ideas...believe it'll be better that way...I deal with this everyday at work. Getting a tattoo to be "hot" or "sexy" isn't a good reason to get one. You'll be stuck with it the rest fo your life.

I will never tattoo the name of a boyfriend or husband the only name I will do is one of my kids my mom or my dad , that's all I know in your case he has yours already but coming from some one that has tattoos have been marry for 18 years and I will never put his name on me sorry do think about it if you are young there's lots of boys that will come and go and that tatto is going to be there for ever ..Good luck

I have a rule in my book! NEVER get a boyfriends name on your body EVER!!!! what if you guys break up? What if you get sick of him? That would suck ballz! I'm in a VERY serious relationship and my boyfriend and I would never do that! We get tattoos together but of things we would want on ourselves! We ask if the other likes it and we make the final choice! Just make sure your attoo is in a place that you will like and talk to your tattoo artist! Get something that represents you! Something in your life that you can never replace, Like a flower representing growth or whatever! I know my tattoo artist Personally so she knows me pretty well! What i like and what i don't like! I tell her an idea and she can take it to the level I want to go! Just get soemthing that you like! you'll have it for the rest of your life!

To be honest, you will regret having his name on you, just like he will regret having your name on him, when you guys break up. Becuase you do know that you will jinx your relationship once you have each others name on each other.

You already have a sign of doom, since he is telling you that HIS name is the ONLY tattoo you can take. Uh?! Hello?! Control freak alittle?

Sorry sweetie, really think about getting this tattoo, and what YOU want NOT what HE wants, since it is YOUR body NOT HIS.

I don't do names but that's your choice. If your going to get his name I wouldn't put it above my bum. If you have second thoughts of it then don't do it. It's your body forever not his. Put his name somewhere else & find a tat you like better above your bum. There are too many out there that would look better.

I don't know ya'll relationship but if something happened to the 2 of U how would you feel looking at it all the time. Or if something happened to him would you be so hurt that everytime you looked at it you would cry - depressing.

If you are going to get a tatoo go all out on it because whats the point on sitting in a chair for hours getting a stupid image. I would definitely say get something that represent you and only you. I got a dancing geisha on my lower back it cost alot and the pain was intense but it was all worth it! Also dont get his name on your back thats the worst thing you can do.

never get someones name on you...its the worst tattoo you can ever get. Ive heard it kind of jinxes the relationship..and getting a tattoo lasered is not fun!! you should get something that represents your boyfriend or something that makes you think of him.....so he will always be apart of your life even if u guys break up..and no future guys will know that either ;-)

ok i really think that getting some1s name tattooed is totally pointless,on the back its great to put something that represents u, not ur boyfriend, an animal never goes wrong! :) it represents power and how flexible u can b, heh heh but thats just me! never get a butterfly though! thats the most stupid tattoo ever!!! just get anything except a name!!!

Don't tattoo anybody's name on your body. It guarantees trouble.
As bullseye tattoos go, I like a celtic knot design or something flowery maybe with roses and thorns. I like to think it should be somthing that reflects something about your personality or background.
NO NAMES! EVER!
