How do you make a pancake on a stick?

Sonic's pancake on a stick was awesome. They don't serve it anymore, though. How can I re-create it at home?

Wow, that's interesting......
I'm thinking instead of frying, bake them in a container of some kind.
I've seen iron cornbread pans with 6 corn-shaped molds per pan--something like that would work.

I dont know.... but they have pandogs at the grocery store... its basically a corn dog... but instead of corn bread they use a pancake. It looked pretty gross to me though.
