If you go on the Boeing website you can get all of the specific information for all of their aircraft new and out of production.

According to FAA regulations the min landing field lenth can be no less than 2 miles. It can land in 1 mile but it takes an experienced pilot to pull that off. Also must have 5000 feet clearance from both wing tips.

I've seen 737-200s takeoff and land on 6000 feet runways routinely, on a hot day at a FE of 1100 feet.

I could be tired at the end of a long day, but I think there is a section in the FAA 7110.65 Air Traffic Control Handbook, towards the back, that has this information. Google "7110.65" and you can find the whole thing online as a .pdf file.
