Christian Charity Networks?

These organizations come on tv and tell me to give money to these poor starving kids who need medicine and food, and wanna go to school. I'm not trying to be heartless but what about America? Why do these people have children overseas if they themselves are "starving" and "homeless". I get offended when our own people are doing without and these people cant keep there clothes on and are making children and then beg for my money!! If you are hungry yourselves...WHY ARE YOU HAVING MORE CHILDREN?!! Then I watch tv and this guy comes on, holding this little mexican girl or indian or whatever they are and tell me I should give money!! I will send them condoms and brith control pills! Thats what they need! Our own country is doing without and I use birth control to keep from having kids...why cant these stupid people do the same?!!

Im not saying Im not a giver yet everyone is quoting bibles and telling me about God...I want my question asked. I know Im blessed than most. I wanna know why these people keep having babies and why isnt something being done about that? A child wont starve if he/she isnt born in a world that doesnt want him/her!!!

i agree totally. though i think a lot of people might disagree, at least in part, because some people just think everyone should have children.

i think that if you cant afford to feed yourself, you shouldnt have children. you shouldnt rely on the government or charities to feed and clothe your children. i think its time for people to start thinking less about themselves and their own pleasure and start thinking more about what will happen if you give in to unprotected sex. do we really need more children in this world? if you can take care of them (and not send them to a family member or friend or organization) then fine. have a child, but if you cant, then dont have any children. simple as that.

as for these people overseas needing help. sure they need help, but so do many many people here in the states. i say we should start helping our own citizens first. find these homeless people jobs and respect for themselves. find these people living on welfare respect for themselves, so they can get a job and start living off themselves instead of tax payers.

lets start working on prosecuting criminals in our own country before we go off and start a war with some country in the middle east. sure, the 9/11 attack was horrific, but there are other acts of violence here in the US that are almost as bad, that happen more than people think. lets clean up our own country before we try to police the world.

This country is very blessed. other countries are not as wealthy as we are. we need to help those that we can. some help those children others support prison ministry. don't think you have to give money to help, maybe time is something you have to give. we can all live with less if we had to. I challenge you to do something to help and I will promise you will get blessed for doing so.

Because we live in Satan's world, you just got to be careful. What they need is to be obedient to Gods laws and see how well it works. condoms like in this country encourage more breeding and spreading more disease's. Having a fear of God which is a reverent fear of him could solve all / every-ones problems.
