Yes they should. And if the armed robbery should result in the killing of an innocent person, then that minor should face either life in prison (no parole) or the death penalty (depending on the viciousness of the crime).

Sure. There are many calculating and truly criminal kids out there. They want to arm themselves with a gun, etc. They run the same risk as an adult would. This includes being shot.
