Our toy poodle is always snarling and biting. We have tried training and drugs with no success. any ideas?

Try more training..Dogs being pack animals need to know who is boss...Be very consistent..assertive not mean and put lots of time and effort into the training..

We have a rottie-lab who's dominance comes out every so often so my husband picks him up from the floor, holds him in his arms and waits for Brutus to give him kisses as though to say ok I know your the boss now...not me...I'm not sure about smaller breeds tho...try it?
