I'd really like to know how other people cope with (or cure) their hangovers!

just keep drinking. Alternatively, make sure you stick to the same booze the night before. I would also recommend making sure the booze is good (like good champagne or vodka rather than cheap crap) and you will tend to come out better.

To be honest with you I haven't really had to endure a hangover. I've always found prevention better than the cure - Before I go to bed I drink a pint of water, when I wake up the worst I have is a slightly 'muzzy' head. To get this to go I just get something 'stodgy' - ideally a croissant, then I feel fine.
Don't know if it will work for you but it's always worked for me.

hangover is basically another word for dehydration.....the only difference is that this dehydration is caused by drinking alcohol in excess......

the best prevention and cure is to drink lots of water before, after, and even while you are drinking. basically if you know you are going to drink later on a certain day, just have as much water as you can. when you start drinking throw little sips (or even gulps) of water between your drinks every now and then. and when you sleep that night keep a glass or bottle of water beside you.

also keep away from cheap spirits. cheap liquor is usually not pure and causes very bad hangovers.

my advice is that if you are going to drink, drink well and keep hydrated!

hope it helped..

Avoid them completely by drinking 2-3 glasses of water before you go to bed. Hangovers are usually the result of dehydration, so if you drink water right before going to sleep, you won't wake up dehydrated and hung over!

Don'y buy the Chaser stuff at Walgreens. Vitamin B-12 works if you take it before you drink and drink a lot of water while you drink.

Drink a lot of water while drinking. Headaches come from dehydration.

Water and gatorade. I also choke down a greasy hamburger. The grease helps.

coffee and aspirin... thats easy remedy. But i did to cope was to just sleep the whole day. If u cant do this, "shake it off" by doing a bit of aerobics or jogging. But coffee and aspirin will do. :)
good luck.
