I just met this guy in college, he's really nice maybe too nice, we sit next to each other in class and after class he walks with me till my next class and we eat lunch together with my other friend and talk, also, recently i got a call from my guy friend and this guy asks me "is he interested in you?" ...and also asked me the first week i met him if i am free on the weekend... does this guy likes me when we just known each other barely 3 weeks?

he most likely likes you as a friend, but tell him more about
yourself and keep open minded to his conversations as well.
maybe if you keep a live conversation going maybe something will pop up.
