Seems a little odd that you feel the need to even ask.
You described what you look like... I don't talk to people based on what they look like. I talk to people I find interesting by what they have to say.
What's how many times you've been kissed or not been kissed, or what color your hair is, or how much you weigh got to do with whether or not someone chooses to talk to you?
If you are clean, open, friendly and approachable.. people will talk to you. If you smell, are offensive, standoffish, and anti social, they wont.

Yeah I would talk to you, but if you're asking if I'd date you, you're only 14 years old and I think you have a few years before you should even consider dating.

just be yourself dont rush anything if it has to do with a boy your whole life is ahead of you.but other wise yes i would talk to you it wouldnt matter who you were or what you look like.
