I also believe in Medition and Yoga. They really mellow you out.

What is getting you so upset??? Try to stay away from situations that you know may place you into those situations. I would suggest that you go to see a doctor. What if you get upset in a car and black out? I would take it seriously even if your parents don't. If your under age (18 ) go to a school counsellor for help. It may be nothing but wouldn't you want to know!!!! There is also many stress or anger management sessions you can get for free at your local centres. Take care and try to do what you need to do to make yourself happy.

First off, you need to get checked out by a doctor or psychiatrist and get any medications if needed. This is extremely important due to your self-reports of black-outs.
Secondly, keep detailed records of what happens to you before you black out: do you breathe heavier? do you sweat? do you raise your voice? etc. Also keep records of what situations make you erupt and/or black out. With this informaiton, you can become aware of when you're about to get too angry, and then you can use skills you learn from a professional counselor to not act on that anger.

GO get help or find thing that don't make you mad that you enjoy to do. So if you ever get mad walk away for a few minutes and cool down cause that problem might get you into trouble some day

Well you should see counseling and look into anger management classes. You know you have a problem so who cares who believes you. Anger can ruin your relationships and health.

Whenever you feel like your getting mad then STOP! Think of a bright side to things. You can count. If you're mad on the phone, hang up. if you get mad at someone, walk away if you can and get your mind off of it.
I think of how could be worse and listen to my favorite songs.

You need to convince your folks to let you talk to a doctor. Passing out is no small thing. If they won't believe you, maybe they'll believe advice from a doctor.
