Start smoking again...I am a former smoker.
I quit because of the money I spent on it and its ill effects on my health. If I were dying tomorrow, I would not have to worry about spending lots of money on cigarettes, nor would I have to worry about spending lots of $$ on cigarettes for the rest of my life (1 day).
Oh yeah, I would try to contact all my friends and relatives to tell them how a felt about them (both good and bad).
