FIRST OF ALL DO NOT PICK AT THEM! Try a mixture of aloe and vitamin E...keep them moist, and let them fall off on their own, they are less likely to leave a scar that way. This was an unfortunate thing that happened, and you are just going to have to deal with it the best way you can until the flesh heals...The aloe and vitamin E will help reduce any scarring too. One day you will put a warm wash cloth on the scab and it will fall away on it's own! Then continue to use the aloe and vitamin E to help the skin beneathe the scab heal and reduce the scar...This is over the counter stuff, keep them soft with the aloe and don't put your hands on them! Your hands are full of germs and if these places get infected, they will only be worse!
Good luck, and I know sometimes it difficult to not pick but don't even think about it.

Keep them clean with warm water, neosporin and for the LOVE OF GOD DO NOT PICK THEM..... picking will potentially cause and infection and can cause scarring, which is like having them there for life. Enjoy a little injury noteriety and sympathy until they fall off naturally. Also don't rub them with a wash cloth, just let the warm water run over them in the shower. Hope this helps, and keep them clean, dry, sanitized and they'll be gone in a week or two.

DON'T pick them at all if they are on your face---you could scar. Put neosporin on them at night and cover with a bandaid (so it doesn't rub off when you're sleeping).... You could put it on without a bandaid during the day. Keep applying it. The scab will fall off in a couple of days---the neosporin will speed the process up, prevent infection (yuck---that wouldn't be fun to see on your face!) and prevent it from scarring.

You could pick it, but then it might leave a scar. Best to just leave it alone. Some scabs will come off by themselves if soaked in water, but you can't exactly soak your face in water.

Its probably best to just wait it out. Nature seems to take care of these things in its own time. Now don't worry about this too much, but you may have a scar, but scars fade. There may be treatments to eliminate or minimize scars and it would be worth talking with a doctor about this if it is a concern. However, scars do fade on their own, it just takes a while.

you can't.
you can put lotion on it to make it look better but you can't make it go away any faster than it does.
and also don't pick at it. that will make it take longer since you are undoing what the scab was doing.

don't pick them off or they'll leave bigger scars. Just live with it for a few days.....after they go away no one is gonna turn around a few months from now and say "Hey look didn't that girl have scabs all over her face?"

Neosporin and a band-aid works great! That way it won't turn into an ugly scar
