Whenever it's cold outside and i go outside and stay outside for a while will this make my complexion whiter? Or will it not do anything?

It won't do anything. It's not based on temp whether your skin changes color, it's UV rays from the sun. It might turn blue, though.

The only way that it may become lighter is if you get ashy. Meaning your skin is dry and flaky and you need to put some lotion on!

You may get alittle pale from the cold but once you are warm again your skin will go back to regular color.
