I need to lose weight, but not alot. i want to lose about ten pounds, but mainly, I want to get thinner thighs, hips, and a flatter stomach. I mainly want to get toned. Would anyone like to help me with exercise, and foods I should eat to burn calories or something? I have a yoga and pilates tape, but they are boring, and I get tired of them, I want to mix up my exercize. I want some easy, quick exercizes I can do every day. can you please help?

During the summer meand my husband ride our bikes out side for at least 30 min everyday if not outside we ride a stationary one in our basement and cut your food in half still eat what u love and we also work our abs out everyday at 50 reps on the ball i dont know if it will work for you but ive lost 91 pounds since last year so i know it works..

Take up walking and swimming. Both excellent low impact toning activties.
