Seriously, if you have to ask you have some kind of doubt, and you shouldn't have sex if you have any doubt whatsoever, youll regret it in 10 years.
At the same time depending how old you are you shouldnt have sex regardless.

When your in a long term relationship and you feel like your ready to take the next step.(if you are one)
But if you date already and you want to know when you should,
I'd say 3 to 4 weeks that way you get to know the person a bit better and decide if you feel like hes someone you can be with for a while and if you dont than move on to the next guy to date.

Honey save your body for your spouse. You will be ready to make love. Why would you want to settle for sex? Keep your panties on!!!!!!!!!!! Too many risk and diseases out there!!!!! Do some research on sexual diseases if that don't convince you God help you

only you know when your ready,you'll know,you'll feel it.Don't let nobody try to push you into it,you'll only regret it,if the guy really likes you and respects you,he'll wait for you to be ready.And if and when you decide be careful use protection,not just to keep from getting pregnant but to keep you safe from diseases,they are so common these day's,and getting passed around so often between young people,good luck and stay safe
