Don't! Comb your eyebrow hair up with an eyebrow comb and snip off the excess hair with a facial hair scissor (they're small and sharp). Then, comb them down and do the same. Don't cut too much off. If you're going to pluck, don't pluck the top, only the bottom.

I wouldn't use an electric trimmer. You can get the tiny scissors and comb your eyebrows upward trim them off. If you have some extras hanging around get some tweezers and pluck 'em out. If you put a little oragel on your eyebrows it will numb the plucking.

If you just want to do it quickly and clean just get them waxed by a professional and keep em up on your own with some tweezers.

Since I'm not familiar with your clippers I can't tell you which to use. Just start with the longest setting and work your way to the shortest until you find the length you like. I use the clippers all the time to trim mine so ignore those nay sayers and do what you want. My technique: I use my left hand to hold the eye lid shut underneath the brow I'm clipping (this serves 2 purposes, 1 it keeps clippings out of my eye and 2 it keeps me from accidentally opening my eye and clipping off my eyelashes). Then I use my right hand to run the clippers back and forth through the brow over the eye I am holding shut. Then switch to the other eye. Job done in seconds.
