Hello, you are thin enough to wear ANYTHING YOU WANT TO!
Don't ever worry about what you can and can't wear. If you feel like you can then you can! We should never be goverened by rules of fashion! I wear micro mini skirts with 5" stilettos when I go out on date nights with my hubby! He likes to see me like this and I have the confidence in myself to wear them. I don't care what anyone else may say or think! It's none of their business.
Wear what ever you want when ever you want to! Have fun!

I'm 5' 9" & wieght 145, with a 30" waist, but I'm a guy & won't wear a kilt neither. u sound like u could wear a skirt though.

yeah. you're probably too thin. Eat something. You should be 100lbs for 5 ft. and 5 lbs every inch. You should really be 140lbs.
