If you have to choose from the two get the Miata. The Del Sol is not up to par of other Honda products, plus, because it has been out of production for so many years, parts will be hard and expensive to come by.

Mazda Miata MX-5 is a sports car where as the Honda Del Sol is a economy pretender.

Well if I have to choose between the two I'd go with a Caddilac CTS-V or a Chrysler 300M or a Lincoln LS or the Lincoln Mark LT

Forget the imports, go with an american vehicle, i.e. Ford Fusion, Ford Focus, Chev Caviler, get the drift???
