There is this boy at school that was... a new kid and he kept on starring at me in class!(3 weeks later) So at lunch one day (I guess he didn't have the courage 2 tell me himself) his friend tapped me on the shoulder and told me that, that boy liked me and he wanted to go out with me. I just told him I'll think about it and now I don't know what 2 do!? He is okay looking ,but not really, and has a big staring problem.(he likes hip hop,but I hate it. And he won't leave me alone) What should I do? Tell him NO or just forget about it?

dont try to force something that doesnt work, just because other people are saying you should doesnt mean thats what you want. this happened to me and i finally gave the guy a chance just cause everyone told me how much he liked me, then he went off and hooked up with another girl. im not saying that this "new kid" will do that but just be careful and do what you feel is right

I have found, in 48 years on the Earth, that if a boy stares at anyone for very long, chances are, that he stares at, and will always stare at different girls, either behind your back, or when you are not there, even if he becomes your boyfriend. So I would not go out with him and tell him why. That you don't want to live with a boyfriend, or husband, who constantly stares at girls.

I think you should go for it. If it doesn't work out then oh well. I think that if you tell him no, he won't be confident in approaching girls for the rest of his life. Boost his confidence and at least give him a chance.

I think you should give him a try. It wouldn't hurt to see what he's like. And you never know, you might actually come to like this boy.
