Walk into your nearest social security office with proof of your identity-license and mailed envelope should do it-bring 4 pieces of I.D. to be safe, fill-out form, wait for card. Can't recall how soon you get, but very quickly!

Josh,
First off i have this thing about guys named Josh, But that will have to wait! You just need to find out where your Local Social Security Administration is, Go there and they will issue you a new card. You will have to fill out a few forms and they may charge you , cuz, the goverment runs it and anything to get a buck , you know anyway, its not a big deal.

You need to present a certified birth certificate and a picture id at your Social Security office. There is no cost and it will take a week to ten days to get the replacement.

Go onto the social securtiy web site look for the section on lost social security cards.
It may take a few weeks and cost I would think be minimal if anything.

I just did it; it costs nothing. All you have to do is go to your local Social Security Office and fill out a form.
You can find the location on the web or in phone book.
It took about two weeks to get the card to me. They give you a receipt that acts as your card until a new on arrives.

Go to your nearest Social Security Office and they will get you a replacement. I don't know how much it will cost you or how long it'll take.

Go to HRDC with your birth certificat and what ever other ID you may have, fill out form and give them $10.00 (?). In 4 -6 weeks you will recieve a new SSN card. (Price may have risen)
