yes, to some extent. We Jews have the mitzvot, which are laws that we are supposed to do that enriches mankind as a whole if everyone does them. It is akin to bringing a piece of heaven to Earth. And there are bad mitzvot that we are obviously not supposed to do, or partake in...

It's a Druidic teaching that we should all live our lives so that we leave the world a little bit better place than we entered it. If everyone did just a little every day, the end result in a year would be overwhelming.

What hinders this is you will always find those whom first of all disagree with change of any kind also you would have those that benefit from how things currently are and would do anything to keep things just as is and you know this!
And you know i pray that this too shall pass!
Yes everyone on existing should and yearn to help one another and also to make lives of others much more pleasant!

I make it my responsibility. I cannot make it someone else's responsibility. each person must make the decision for himself how he will live his life, and what mark he will leave.
That being said, I wish like heck that more people would make the decision to be positive and make positive changes.

Changing the world would be a very hard task, we'd have to take down the corporations, and either make our politicians and leaders change their minds or leave.

Wouldn't happen anytime soon.
