"In Money, Guns and Drugs We Trust" is not the battle cry of the atheists. Maybe it is your battle cry but definitely not theirs.
You like to use terms you really don't understand. Atheists do not believe in the bible as the God's word spoken by the prophets. So Atheism is the oppose of theism.
Pagans. There are the Israelites (Jews) and the gentiles (non Jews). There are the Christians and non Christians. There are the Muslims and the infidels. There is us and there are the pagans that are not us.
Christians are focus on message that Jesus asked them to teach, to teach all nations. They have little time for non Christians as is indicated in Gospel of John.
Answer: Who is the we? It is not the atheists, pagans, or anti-Christians.

Which atheists were those? The same ones who founded the country, like James Madison, John Adams, Ben Franklin, George Washington (deist), Thomas Jefferson (diest)?

Atheism is not a doctrine. Atheism is merely a nonbelief in a god or gods, and that is the only thing two atheists will neccesarily have in common.
So if one atheist likes "money, guns and drugs", don't apply that to the rest of us.

In the stereotype of hillbillies with guns, what religion are they usually of? (they say a stereo type always has a little truth in it.)
And I'm willing to bet many many fundies are anti-depressant junkies.
