Okay, a guy asked me out and I said I just got out of a relationship and and needed time to myself so I don't repeat the same mistakes.
I told him I was attracted to him and asked if he was seeing someone special. He said no. I say I would like to call you every once in a while and he says okay.
I called 3 times within a month and we usually talk an hour but he doesn't call me unless it is to call back. I finally asked if he was just being polite and he said "we have developed a relationship on a different level, we have stepped it up." Then he said "I would tell her if I didn’t want you to call."
Again, he told me that he wasn't dating anyone special. He told me that he broke up with someone 7 months ago. I said "oh, so you are in the same situation I am in" to which he replied no have dated once in a while.

Some guys hate calling on the phone, i am one of those guys.
i would never talk to someone for an hour unless i really did like her allot.

Try asking him out on a date. Tell him that you have enjoyed talking with him. Tell him that you want to spend time with him in a dating atmosphere.
