A big bowl of homemade coleslaw goes with any meal. Take 2 heads of cabbage & shred. Add 2 onions minced, 3 bell peppers diced & 1 lb carrots shredded. Mix with your favorite slaw dressing & sprinkle top with paprika for a pretty dish.
