High blood sugar. Regular Coke is high in sugar. A sign of Diabetes (high blood sugar) is frequent urination and an increased thirst. Get it checked out and drink only Diet Coke until then!
If you're a guy, you could also be having prostate problems. Again, see a doctor!

Two things... the caffeine in Coke is a diuretic, which makes your body eliminate all excess water in your system in the form of urine... and caffeine also irritates the bladder, causing it to contract even when it's not totally full and making you feel the need to go a lot worse than normal. Also, if you have a smaller than average bladder to begin with, you'll notice the effects of caffeine more quickly than other people will, because you have proportionally less "storage space" to work with before you really need to go.
You'll probably be much better off, as others have said, by sticking to water or juice most of the time. If you really want to drink soda once in awhile, try Sprite or another caffeine-free flavor... or there's even a caffeine free Coke.
Good luck...

Yes, Caffiene is a diuretic, but there are so many other distinguishing features and factors that can eliminate this idea immediately. Caffiene does run through you beacuse it had a low water level, meaning not a lot of water. your body needs water in it all the time. But you may have what is called Frequent urination. This can be from numerous reasons such as bladder inflammation, to diabetes, to hepatitis, STD's, to even psychological factors. urinary Tract infections (UTI) may present themselves symptomatically as frequent urination but no other symptoms making it hard to diagnose and be noticable.
Besides the urinary frequency, this also means your entire day and activities require the immediate availability of a restroom. I can't imagine how frustrating this can be. Please make sure you have been checked for the presence of diabetes, the first sign of which can be frequent urination accompanied by excessive thirst.
Another condition knowns as interstitial cystitis, causes frequent urination, and pelvic pain. This disorder decreases the capacity your bladder can hold leading to the frequent urination.
And if this only happens with coke, my suspicion is possibly diabetes. Depending on your age, height, weight, gender, this is a good theory.
Like i said, there are so many causes. Just rule them out as you go when you definetly know one is not it.
Kidney disease. There are so many different types of disease of the kidneys that there are doctors who specialize in the study and treatment of them (nephrologists). Kidney disease that has increased urination as the first symptom is rare. Ordinarily decreased urine production or other symptoms such as abnormal urine or increased blood pressure are more likely to be noticed. Some kidney conditions are hereditary, so children with any significant family history of kidney conditions and a change in urinary habits should have a medical checkup and urine test.
Now some of the more serious ones are Prostate Cancer and Congestive Heart Failure. These are very serious and i think you would have more symtoms than just frquent urination if you have one of these two. But frequent urination is one of the first signs of bladder or prostate cancer.
Don't worry too much, it can be as simple as not drinking enough water. Try it for a couple of days and see what happens. Now if you do not urinate as much as you do with the coke, chances are it is the coke or your blood sugar. See what happens.
Good luck. Anymore questions, just email me.

Caffeine is a diuretic - it does make you go more, and the heavy sugar is hard on your pancreas, and gives you mood swings.
Drink water.
