You probably mean Paella. It is a Spanish seafood stew with veggies and great spices. It usually has clams, mussels, scallops, lobster and it is a fantastic dish when you can find it at a restaurant.

Piaya is a muscovado-filled unleavened flatbread from the Philippines especially common in ****** Occidental where it originated. It is made by filling dough with a mixture of muscovado and glucose syrup. The filled dough is then flattened with a rolling pin, sprinkled with sesame seeds and baked on a griddle. Sometimes they fill it with (ube) purple yam. Very yummy!!!

it is paella, and it is a Spanish dish that is sort of difficult to describe. LOL It is a potpourri of things, like seafood, vegatables, etc etc. It is quite good.
