going for a friends bday party. He is 40 years old. What are the good things that I can say. Toast etc.

=I would go from funny moments that you shared together and tell the story to make every one laugh and then I would change to serious about how your friend has impacted your life and name all of the good qualities he has and why he has been such a good friend thru the years.
