The Kimkins Diet. There is no faster diet. None.

You should check the website and read the Member Comments at the bottom of the page. Those people are losing crazy fast!

Even Jessica Alba did it to lose 12 lb in 10 days for a concert tour. She is already thin, but had to fit into a size 4 outfits.

You should check it out!

30 pounds might be a lot to lose, but you can easily lose a few by doing the following:

skip the soda, opt for diet green tea
If you must have soda, have a diet soda (pepsi jazz tastes great and no calories).

Reduce sugar, replace it with splenda. But dont reduce too much, ur body needs sugar.

Use skim milk (fat-free).

Eat fat free yogurt.

Exercise and WEIGHT LIFT.
lifting weights builds muscle. muscle burns fat. simple right?

make sure you get enough protein to support the muscle growth.

and this one is a bit extreme: but consider become a vegetarian. I have been one my whole life and I am fine. However if u do decide to switch to a vegetarian lifestyle, cosnult a doctor about getting proper amounts of nutrition.

Get on the Glycemic Index diet (do a net search for it). I've lost 30 pounds in just under 4 weeks doing nothing different other than following that diet.

Good luck!

The Cambridge Diet. I lost 17 lbs in the first 3 weeks and was down nearly 2 dress sizes. I've kept the weight off too! I did this under my doctor's supervision as well. Very healthy and affordable.

Recently my friend discovered she had gained 60lb within 6 months. She was unable to fit in properly into her cloths again, and her wedding was 2 months ahead. That was when it became a problem to her.

She actually started off with several weight lose programs , but one gave her the result she expected when she needed it most. She consistently lost 9lb every week. You can check out the source here:

I have lost 30 pounds in less that 2 months. Stimerex ES worked wonders for me. It has ephedra in it so don't take if you have high blood pressure or thyroid problems. It works great.

Diet, exercise... eat skinless turkey at Thanksgiving and sweet patatoes... For Halloween, avoid all sweets and drink only 8 oz. of Apple Cider for your Halloween treat...

IT IS VERY HARD, BUT YOU COULD TRY A DIET, DO LOT, I MEAN A LOT OF BRISK WALKING, TO THE POINT THAT YOU SWEAT ON YOUR FOREHEAD. TRY TO WORK OUT , BUT START VERY SLOWLY AND INCREASE YOUR WORKOUT PERIODICALLY. DON'T OVER DO IT FROM THE BEGINNING.GOOD LUCK.
(I COULD USE THE EXTRA 30# FOR MY WIFE, SHE IS 4'11'' AND WEIGHS 75 LBS.)
