Mike Tyson is a common sociopath with violent tendencies. Zoloft is mainly for depression. One can assume from his absurd behavior that he isnt currently medicated, especially since he is bankrupt.

RE:
Does Mike Tyson still take Zoloft?
I noticed I'm not as mean and aggressive on it. Interesting.

Marcus ~
Tyson was never Zoloft (bad reporting) it's always been and continues to be PROZAC. He combines that with meditation, I guess it works, he's never been nicer!

I doubt it. I think this was just a deal that was cooked up when he was with Robin whatever her name is. He was using depression as an exuse for his anti-social behavior. He probably did not really suffer from it. I suspect he has a personality disorder--a sociopath or psychopath. Anti-depressants would not help that.
He has probably mellowed some with age.
I have heard however, as you say, that anti-depressants like Zoloft, to reduce agression.
