I really don't know. I think poodles like sweety were the first dogs and they figured they were all like her so they named female dogs bitc*es

A female dog is call that because they are the stronger and more protective and will fight to the death with a male dog.They will always win..
if you think about it have you been call a Bitc** well take as a complement .
Females have always been the more dominating in the pack don't piss off a female unless you what the repercussions,mother will always protect.
Its not the Nice's word i have a female dog she when to training the dog master yelled quite you bitc*** he said the dog not you,
I was quite annoyed at him My German Shepard was the only female dog in the class,The answer i gave you is what the dog master told the class.

A male dog is called a dog. A female is called a B***h. Don't know why.
A male guinea pig is a boar and a female guinea pig is a sow. I guess that's from the pig part of their name.

THey were just given that name. The bad word was named for people after the dog. So if you call a dog that word, I dont think it is bad.

the female dog was called that WAY before it became a slur, used towards women..It is the original meaning of the word, just as mare, cow, ewe, doe, hen, sow, etc....It is our society that has taken an innocent word, and turned it ugly..not the other way around..Mean women are called b!tches, and mean men are called son-of-a -bi...
