Gasoline is a legal substance. Huffing it is dangerous and may lead to illness and illegal behavior. If you break the law, to obtain gasoline or while you are high, for example, trespassing or DUI, you could be prosecuted for those acts. However, they probably couldn't arrest you for just inhaling gasoline fumes.

Sure, it must be as most are mindless and brainless in that state! As far as I am concerned Florida is the worst state in the US, followed closely by Texas!

I would legalize it IF...and ONLY IF... the state (taxpayers) weren't held responsible for the idiots who do it.
Amazing the crap we have to shell out our tax-dollars for... paying for peoples stupidity.
