My mom thinks im bulimic, how can i prove to her im not!?

Question

i tried just saying no im not bulimic mom,and she keeps saying YES YOU ARE! and im not,how can i prove that to her?

I'm not bulimic,she just thinks i am because im skinny.

I cant help that im skinny.

i eat too,im not anerexiont. (sorry i spelled it wrog not sure how to spell it,lol)

tell her to take you to the docs! they can do taests tyo prove that tou are not i.e. fertility and tests on your teeth and throat

Never go into the bathroom after you eat. Stay and talk until she thinks that you can no longer puke up that food. Try to figure out why youare losing weight and explain this to your mom. Maybe you are excercising more or something.. Also stop saying that you are fat. that will only make her think that you are bulimic even more.. Hope this helps!

This sounds like a very tough position for you and your mother to be in....and it appears as if you both care enough about the others feelings to attempt to find a solution to your mother's concerns. I would suggest that an appointment be made with your primary care physician, and that the two of you go to that appointment together - you to prove, through your doctor's evaluation of your examination, that you are, in fact, not bulimic; and for your mother to get first-hand professional reassurance of that fact. If you're not throwing up all the time, then you're not bulimic. Bring that to her attention. Maybe she thinks anorexic - the disorder where you won't eat at all (as opposed to bulimia where you eat a lot and then throw it all up). To prove that you're not anorexic, eat in front of her. Then make sure you don't throw it up, because she'll say you're bulimic again.

well this is your MOMS fault not yours. obviously shes pretty ignorant to think that just b/c your skinny means you have a problem. maybe she weighed a lot or was fat at your age, and is mad that youre skinny so shes trying to pretend that you have a problem to cover up the fact that your skinnier? (if that makes any sense at all, lol?)
some people are just naturally skinny...and i know, it sucks. you can get a lot of sh** for that. because they wanna be like you and are pissed because you can still eat whatever and it doesnt matter.

I take it ur just really young with a high strung metabolism?

I really actually gave this some thought for about 10 seconds.
Invite her to the bathroom to examine your stool for the next week after every bowel movement to prove you are digesting your food.
