I strongley believe my son in-law and his mother fooled my daughter into marriage just for her son to come to the states and become a citizen of the united states.Please can someone help me .He is going to take the test that enables a person to become american citizen.who do i have to inform?

How long have they been married? You don't take the test right away. You have to have your permanent resident card for 5 years (It is either 3 or 5 years) so if he married her just to get papers, he could have divorced her after getting his permant resident card.
If you wanted to inform someone, then it would have to be your local INS office. But you may want to check out the consequences on your daughter if you turn him in, before you make any calls.

that is a very sticky situation. you can inform imagration, but you might take the risk of getting your daughter involved or in trouble
