The telephone is off the hook, a voice can be heard calling the mans name. Broken glass surrounds the body, from under which pokes a fish. (has to be an old red style call box)

The man was 47th in the queue to British Gas at the time.
As the man was waiting for a customer service adviser,frustrated, he decided that he'd get more attention banging his head against the phone box.
He smashed a pane of glass, and a passing piranha fish smelt the blood and felt peckish.
Trouble was he forgot it wasn't a bar of chocolate he was eating and devoured the man till he was dead. In fact just at the moment the voice at the other end of the phone said "welcome to British Gas Mr Brown, sorry to have kept you waiting".......Mr Brown.....are you still there?

The fish was talking on the phone when suddenly, the man dropped from the sky into the phone booth, breaking the glass and cutting himself, smearing blood all over the place.

Okay, I got it ^_^:
The phone box was too small, and the guy was trying to hold the fish bowl while talking on the phone. The fish bowl falls, and the guys prize fish starts flopping to death. He bends down to get it, hits his head on something sharp, dies, and the person is left on the phone, sadly wasting their minutes. The end!

The fish regurgitated the man....the voiceheard is mrs fish worried that fish will be late home for dinner.....just a coincidence the man is also called that!

he was on the phone with his wife and was bragging about the size of the fish. he spread his arms out as if to visually do the "it was this big" thing and he smashed his arms into the sides of the phone booth, and got injured. his wife is on the phone.
