A second corkscrew is your best bet. If not, and there's enough of the screw sticking out of the cork, pliers will do the job. If it broke off flush with the cork...if you need instant gratification, push the cork all the way in and pour. If you're worried about cork bits, you're perfectly fine in pouring it through a coffee filter into a pitcher or some other bottle. If it's a red, this will actually help in the "breathing" process and the wine will taste even better.

Then get a better corkscrew for next time :)

take a paring knife and carve the side of the cork down to the top of the exposed screw now turn the cork screw out wit a plier or pull it up to the top with the pliers now slide an older fork under the screw now choose pull the cork with the fork or unscrew the screw and pucsh the cork into the wine and strain the wine into the glasses ive done both but the raw cork taste seems to lay in the wine so try to pul it out with the fork wound down on it

you may have sufficient room beside the screw to screw in a protracted commonplace screw with a drill. Then grab the screw with a pair of pliers, and pull!! you will choose 2 human beings for this operation, in spite of the undeniable fact that it works (i've got tried it!!) you will be able to finally finally end up with slightly cork interior the wine, yet once you decant it right into a carafe you could rigidity it. The trick is to get the screw into the cork, yet no longer by using it. superb of success!!

get a pair of pliers and pull it out. If it is broke too far down you are gonna have to get a knife be careful not to break the cork though because it will be in you're wine.

get another corkscrew and try it again in a bare spot of the cork.

Needle nose pliers to get the screw up to where a larger set of pliers will get a bite and pull hard with someone helping hold the bottle. Worked for me. I may have done it alone but some help defiantly did the trick.
