The law is a joke. It cant be enforced. Think about it. The say says that banks cant do business with gaming sites. Ok, so as we have for years , we fund our accounts through third parties, like netteller. Net teller and its like service all kinds of vendors, not just gaming sites. Is my bank now supposed to ask the third party where my money is going? Do you think they are obligated to tell my bank anything about my personal shopping habits? No, they are not! What does my bank have to do? hire investigatots to inspect the transactions of overseas merchants? Good luck, The banks wont stand for the cost, and neither will the customers. If pker is yer game, PLAY ON!

There are several popular online poker sites that are allowing US poker players.
They are also giving away free money to entice more US players to join. It's a sweet deal.

The New U.S. Gambling laws that were just passed, provide very stiff penalities for any credit card company who processes a payment from any gambling web site. This should pretty well stop any online gambling from within U.S. boundaries!!

I've done a full article reviewing the details of the so-called "Internet Gambling Ban". The page includes a link to all sites allowing American players.
