Dips using chairs? what should i do? I have a lot of spare time at the office.

Bring in hand weights and used those. Put ankle weights on when you walk around.

While not exactly "weight lifting" in the normal sense, I found that this works: The edge of the average desk is close to 3 feet high. If you stand about 5 feet away, you can do some inclined chest presses with your hands on the edge of the desk.
